Kw99 Terms and Conditions – A Complete Guide for Platform Members

1 Definitions & Scope of Agreement

9 Account Closure & Suspension

A KW99 account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review.
• At KW99's discretion: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in serious cases.
• Inactive: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are subject to a monthly administrative fee or closure in accordance with the applicable policy.

10 KW99 Liability Limit
